Visited The Rock today. And I'm talking about The Rock. As in The Alcatraz Rock.
It was fun, and we got to see the hospital ward during the daytime because of our great tour guide.
The padded cells were certainly a sight.

Because it's a national park, you're not allowed to take anything. I find it especially ironic that we drill for oil in an alaskan nature reserve, but protect the bird crap on a barren island that once was a federal prison.
